We’re hiring F-Gas qualified air conditioning engineers across Kent and South East London. Bull Air Installations is a Dartford-based air conditioning company installing, servicing and repairing systems for homes and businesses. Work is growing and we’re looking for good engineers to grow with us, whether you want a full-time employed role or regular subcontract work.

Air Conditioning Engineer (Employed)
Full-time, Dartford-based. Domestic and commercial installs, servicing and repairs.
Pay: £35,000–£55,000 a year + van
Subcontract Engineer (Self-Employed)
Regular install and service work for self-employed F-Gas engineers with their own tools and transport.
Rate: £220–£280 per day

Who we’re looking for
- F-Gas Category 1 certification (or close to completing it for trainee and improver roles)
- Experience installing and servicing split and multi-split systems; VRF and commercial experience is a bonus
- A full UK driving licence
- Tidy, reliable and good with customers in their homes and workplaces
Where the work is
We’re based at Water Mill Way, South Darenth, Dartford (DA4). Most jobs are in Dartford, Swanley, Gravesend, Bexley, Bexleyheath, Sidcup, Orpington and Bromley, with regular work further into Kent including Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Maidstone and the Medway towns.
