Air Conditioning Engineer (Employed) – Dartford, Kent

Full-time air conditioning engineer wanted, based in Dartford and covering North Kent and South East London. You’ll install, commission, service and repair split, multi-split and small commercial systems for homes and businesses. Pay is £35,000–£55,000 depending on experience, plus a company van, fuel card and paid overtime.

What you’ll be doing

  • Installing and commissioning wall-mounted split and multi-split systems in homes, offices and shops
  • Commercial installs including ducted and cassette units, working alongside the team
  • Planned maintenance visits and servicing contracts
  • Fault-finding and repairs on reactive call-outs
  • Leaving every job tidy, explaining the system to the customer and completing job paperwork

What you’ll need

  • F-Gas Category 1 certification
  • At least 2 years’ experience installing and servicing air conditioning
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Good fault-finding skills and confidence working on your own or as part of a two-person team
  • Nice to have: VRF/VRV experience, heat pump experience, manufacturer training (e.g. Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu)
